In response to Covid-19 The Sushi Shop team implemented the following procedures to ensure staff and customers health & safety at all times:

• Our staff health is monitored daily to ensure no symptoms of cold, flu or Covid-19 are developing.

• No contact between staff and customers by maintaining minimum distance of 1m at all times.

• All surfaces are cleaned & sanitised constantly throughout our opening hours. 

• Surfaces touched by customers such as POS, benches & chairs, glass display and pens used for contact tracing are immediately cleaned & sanitised between customers.

• Contact tracing register to be signed by our customers, staff and suppliers.

• Contactless online ordering and delivery.
